Wow! Where did June go? It’s been crazy busy over here in sunny Palm Springs, California. Our May weddings were awesome – and yes, one was even featured on Love and Lavender last week!! I’ll post about that soon!

Yesterday,  we were blessed to have our wedding cake featured on Shoot and Share’s Instagram page as one of their weekly favorite photographers!! WOW! Sunday’s super adorable engagement/puppy session in Oak Glen was SO lovely. Those pomeranian dogs were all smiles the entire time, (yes, a full blog post on that one is coming too!). So many other amazing sessions and shoots, obviously I’m a bit behind on blogging, but let’s just say June’s destination wedding in Laguna Beach, at the Tivoli Terrace was fantastic!! Not only did I bring a great photographer with me to rock it out, but we also drove to Dana Point and had a blast photographing the Bride and Groom, their Bridal party and even caught a few dolphins swimming by! (I know, how awesome is that?!).

So, here we are July 1st 2014! Summer has hit the Coachella Valley, we’re in those triple digits again…but on the bright side an escape to the beach or Big Bear is not that far away. In fact, we were just in Big Bear on Saturday, teaching our girls how to fish. Ok, so truth be told, I watched and got to be Mommy – making snacks, wiping hands, getting icecream…the fun stuff,  lol!

And I’m excited to say that in just a few short weeks, we will be headed to Redondo Beach for another destination wedding!! Have I mentioned how much I LOVE the ocean! So, to answer that burning question for all of you newly engaged Brides…”Erica, do you travel?” Of course I do!!  Especially if there is a beach nearby :). Count me in to photograph your wedding!
