Bermuda Dunes Estate Wedding

Larsten & Hailey’s Bermuda Dunes Estate Wedding was a perfect setting for their romantic destination wedding! Serenaded by Mariachis, guests entered the estate and took their seats on the front lawn. As the sun was setting, their ceremony began. Tears, laughs and sweet memories were had by all as Larsten and Hailey said I Do in front of their dearest family and friends.

Their beautiful reception followed on the back of the estate. As dusk approached, toasts were given, a first dance by the Bride and Groom and their loving parents. Guests danced the night away at what was truly a fantastic wedding party!

Now, before I go any further about their day you must be in the know about Hailey’s  wedding ring and proposal, because friends this one is super special!

The Diamond Ring

 “Lars spoke with My mom prior to the proposal and asked about the ring. She let Lars have her mothers engagement ring to use the diamond in it. The center diamond was about 1ct Marquis cut and it was sent to Lars while He was in Denver training with the Broncos during fall camp.

While in camp He met the jeweler who made the Superbowl 50 rings for the Broncos earlier that year. Lars told him that he was planning to purpose to Me and he helped Lars make a custom ring for me using my grandmas diamond.

So He put his entire signing bonus towards my ring and now I have not only a ring that is customized to my exact liking but a family heirloom from my grandmother to treasure and pass down when the time comes!”

The Proposal

“It was Christmas morning and Lars handed me a large gift. I unwrapped it to find another smaller gift inside, so once again I unwrapped that gift to find yet another smaller gift. This went on for about 4 or 5 gifts when I came to my last box.

I opened it to find a small jewelry box inside. My first thought was that it was a joke but after opening the box to find a gorgeous engagement ring featuring my Grandmothers Diamond I froze. I’m pretty sure my jaw dropped.

Lars got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. My response was merely uttering the word yes as tears ran down my cheeks and I went in for a hug and a kiss. My entire family was together on this rare Christmas morning and got to witness the entire moment. It was the best Christmas I’ve ever had!” ~ Hailey

A Fabulous Wedding Day Indeed!

As Brock and I were walking out for the evening, we both agreed that this was one of the best weddings we’ve had the privilege of photographing. Everyone on both sides of their family were so incredibly pleasant. Their bridal party was fantastic and kept us laughing – I’ve never felt so short in my life (thankful for my ladder haha!) of course I also have never formally met any pro football players either – they are so much taller than I expected lol! Their guests were amazing and so excited to be there and as were we!
