Wedding Wednesday brings you Jeremy and Heather’s beautiful rustic wedding at Woodland Park Manor in Idyllwild, California.
Jeremy and Heather envisioned a serene wedding in the midst of the majestic woodland trees, one surrounded by rustic natural elements, pops of color, succulent arrangements with diy floral and burlap tablescapes. But most of all, they envisioned a wedding day intertwined with love from one another, their fur babies, family and friends. Their day was indeed just that.
Upon my arrival, the glorious rays of light beams peered into the center of the trees where their ceremony would later take place. Tucked away down the road was their little red cottage where they would stay that night, so private, rustic and perfect! It was as if I had walked into a dream wedding. I won’t say it was flawless, most weddings are not..in fact they had a few bumps in the road the night before the wedding, which left the Groom with little to no sleep. Yet, despite his exhaustion, he radiated joy and wanted to know if I needed anything. On a personal note here, I must say that for as long as I’ve known Jeremy, he has always shown this patient, kind, selfless, caring, joyous personality. Always thinking of others before himself, always laughing and loving people as we all should. It’s without a doubt that Heather has been blessed with a wonderful husband, one that cherishes her deeply.
In the same manner Heather is the absolute sweetest, down to earth, feels like you’ve known her for years, kind of young woman. On all of our photo adventures together, it’s been a complete joy to get to know them both even better. I always say I’m blessed to have such great clients but it’s so true!
Now, that you know how fabulous they are, let’s continue with their wedding day!
I asked Jeremy and Heather what their favorite wedding moment was. I had a pretty good idea…because it was mine too! Here’s what they said.

Heather wore her Grandmothers diamond ring on her sash

This succulent bouquet is so amazing!

Gave my loom bracelet to this precious little flower girl…no more tears, mission accomplished :).

I spy a fur baby peering through the window!
