Romantic Engagement Session, Joshua Tree, CA

Adventuring with Samantha and Cory for their romantic engagement session in Joshua Tree was so much fun friends!

Up until this point I hadn’t had the pleasure of meeting our 2019 wedding couple yet, all communication had been through phone, email and of course our favorite social place to hang… Instagram! When we can, it’s always great to meet our couples before the big day.

Our engagement sessions are one of my favorites because they are so much fun! During our engagement sessions we get to know eachother better, laugh with each other ; or at me when I lose my breath trying to climb a large rock formation, you know, I am pushing 40, can that be my excuse? lol!

Seriously, though, engagement sessions are super fun and they really help us fine tune a few posing techniques that will carry over to wedding day.

Clever Props for the win!

Samantha & Cory had a few fun props and my favorite of course has to be the ever so clever sign that read, “He’s my something Blue” , referring to her groom who is a Police Officer! Can we just all say, “awe” together right now. 🙂

Arches & a Cotton Candy Sunset

As the evening approached, we dared to venture to an amazing rock arch formation where we witnessed the most amazing cotton candy colored sunset. We couldn’t have asked for a better backdrop for that epic kiss!

I’m absolutely thrilled to be a part of their dreamy cliffside 2019 wedding, in Palos Verdes! Oh what a treasure those heirloom moments will be!
